Regrets

2 things that I have realized only now that I regret:

1. Not taking that $650 scholarship I was offered (Only a few students in the area were chosen based on academic performance. I didn't take it because I didn't really have anywhere to use it... but it would've looked good in a resume if I DID take it. DAMN.)

2. Not taking the offer to apply for this program offered by Melbourne University (There were 3 of us from the whole school chosen to apply for the 2 spots. I gave up mine because at that time, I wasn't considering going into that uni, and was considering going into RMIT. But now I am. It's the number 1 uni here in Oceania, and ranked 34th or something worldwide. I only considered it now because I decided to take biochemistry or some other science. DAMN.)

Ah basta. As long as there's tomorrow, there's still hope!

....

But they could've been my only opportunities to stand out from the crowd (need to be competitive in this world!) and make my resume look good to potential employers in the future. Heh.
